We are looking for motivated individuals available part-time from May 2026 through October 2026. Requirements

Completion of High School (Grade 12) & Post-Secondary in Hospitality preferred
2–3 years of bartending experience
Must be 18+ to serve alcohol
Strong wine, spirits, and cocktail knowledge
Experience with P.O.S systems (JONAS an asset)
Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Professional, well-groomed, friendly, and team-oriented
Smart Serve Certificate (required)

Nice To Haves

Private Club experience is an asset
Ontario Bartending Certification (considered an asset)

Responsibilities

Mix, shake, stir, and pour a variety of wines, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
Keep the bar stocked and sparkling—glassware, ice, garnishes, and snacks included
Ensure the bar and dining areas are clean, safe, and welcoming at all times
Record sales accurately in our P.O.S system and assist with bar inventory
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, making every member feel like VIP
Open and close the bar with flair and efficiency
Support the Food & Beverage team with special projects and tasks as needed
