About The Position
Coury Hospitality has an amazing opportunity as a TEMPORARY Bartender at the Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. This role is on-site, temporary, and part-time, specifically for the July Comic-Con event. As a Bartender at MaryJane’s, you are responsible for crafting bold drinks and setting the tone for a lively guest experience. You will mix precision with showmanship, own the bar space, deliver signature cocktails, and create memorable moments.
Requirements
- 2+ years bartending in a fast-paced, premium venue
- Ability to work a packed bar and still make every guest feel seen
- Knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktail trends
- Charisma, poise, and consistency
- Flexibility on nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Mix classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and flair
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and guest-ready at all times
- Connect with guests while managing high-volume service
- Ensure proper ID checks and responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with servers and barbacks to keep service flowing
