About The Position

To prepare and serve alcohol to guests that is consistent with the standards of the Beverage Department.

High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD)
One (1) year guest service
Six (6) months bartending experience or completion of accredited bartending school
Or three (3) month internal fast track program completed
Above average knowledge of Spirits, Wine, and Beer
Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission
Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions

Formulate beverages according to established recipes
Serve guests in compliance with MAST and guest service standards
Rings up each transaction on the cash register and adhere to accurate cash handling policies
Maintain necessary pars and monitor quality of product and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Initiate and establish superior guest service including recommendation of drink selection and informing of specials and product knowledge
Utilize and implement MAST training to prevent and recognize potential alcohol related concerns and over service
Set up and close workstations in compliance with established procedures
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Competitive Pay: Starting salary range of $20.86/hr. - $21.90/hr.
