About The Position

We are seeking energetic, outgoing bartenders who can serve drinks, make recommendations, and build a regular customer base. Drink knowledge and experience are valuable, but the role also calls for quick thinking, a fun attitude, and strong hustle. Bartenders should be sales savvy and able to maintain the rhythm of the bar. Work hours may be full-time or part-time, based on shift availability and management discretion. Team members averaging at least 30 hours per week are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance after their first year.

Requirements

• Preferably age 21 or older.
• Must follow laws for responsible service of alcohol.
• Must be able to lift 15–20 lbs.
• Must be able to work behind the bar for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Quick-thinking, fun, energetic, and able to bring strong hustle to each shift.
• Sales savvy, outgoing personality, and ability to maintain the bar’s rhythm.
