About The Position

We are seeking energetic bartenders who can serve drinks, make recommendations, and build relationships with customers. Drink knowledge and experience are valuable, while quick thinking, a positive attitude, hustle, sales savvy, an outgoing personality, and the ability to maintain the bar’s rhythm are also important. Actual full-time or part-time hours depend on work-shift availability and management discretion. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered to team members averaging at least 30 hours per week after their first year.

Requirements

• Follow laws for responsible service of alcohol.
• Be able to lift 15–20 lbs.
• Be able to work behind the bar for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Bring quick thinking, hustle, sales savvy, an outgoing personality, and a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably be 21 or older.
• Drink knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and make recommendations to customers.
• Help turn casual customers into regular customers.
