About The Position
The Bartender serves drinks, makes recommendations, and helps turn casual customers into regulars. The role calls for quick thinking, an outgoing personality, sales savvy, and the ability to maintain the bar’s rhythm while bringing energy and hustle to every shift. Drink knowledge and experience are valuable. Bartenders must follow laws for responsible alcohol service and be able to work behind the bar for up to 8 hours at a time. Actual hours, whether full-time or part-time, depend on shift availability and management discretion.
Requirements
- Preferably be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift 15–20 lbs.
- Ability to work behind the bar for up to 8 hours at a time.
- Outgoing personality, quick thinking, sales savvy, and a strong work ethic.
- Drink knowledge and experience are valuable.
