About The Position

The Bartender serves drinks, makes recommendations, and helps turn casual customers into regular guests. The role calls for quick thinking, an outgoing personality, sales savvy, and the ability to maintain the bar’s rhythm while bringing energy and hustle to every shift. Drink knowledge and experience are valuable. Work hours may be full-time or part-time, based on shift availability and management discretion.

Requirements

• Follow laws for responsible service of alcohol.
• Be able to lift 15–20 pounds.
• Be able to work behind the bar for up to 8 hours at a time.

• Preferably be 21 or older.
• Drink knowledge and experience.
• An outgoing personality, sales savvy, quick thinking, and a natural ability to maintain the bar’s rhythm.
