About The Position

Torchy’s is seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a welcoming, full-service dining experience and a Damn Good experience for every guest. Bartenders use their menu knowledge to make recommendations and prepare cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency. They provide prompt, accurate service, maintain a clean and organized bar, restock supplies, follow safety and sanitation standards, and collaborate with teammates to support smooth service. Previous experience is preferred. The role requires a current state alcohol-server license, such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE, and openness to varied schedules and hours based on business needs. Physical requirements include handling objects up to 40 pounds and standing, walking, bending, stretching, twisting, and reaching during work.

Requirements

• Hold a current required state alcohol-server license, such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE.
• Be open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, stretch, twist, and reach for objects on shelves at various heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, handle orders accurately, and ensure guests have what they need.
• Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies, and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
