About The Position
Smith & Wollensky is seeking skilled and experienced bartenders to join its team in Chicago. The role is suited to personable candidates with a passion for hospitality who thrive in a team environment. Bartenders typically have experience in fine dining and a strong foundation in wine, beer, and liquor knowledge. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in a high-volume, high-end environment and excellent knowledge of fine wine and cocktails. Experience with Micros is a plus. Open availability for day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays is preferred.
