About The Position

Torchy’s is seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to provide a Damn Good experience for every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience by learning the menu, making recommendations, and preparing cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes. They deliver prompt, accurate service while maintaining a clean, organized bar and collaborating with the team.

Requirements

• Hold a current required state alcohol-server license, such as TABC, TIPS, or ABLE.
• Be open to varied work schedules and hours depending on business needs.
• Be able to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods.
• Be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various heights.

• Previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests in a friendly, outgoing manner and create a welcoming environment.
• Prepare and serve cocktails according to Torchy’s recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Learn the menu and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide prompt and efficient service, handle orders accurately, and ensure guests have what they need.
• Keep the bar clean and organized, restock supplies, and follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
