About The Position

We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to provide an excellent guest dining experience. Compensation includes an hourly rate and tips. This position is with Genuine Concepts, which includes The VIG, Alpine Pizza, The Little Woody, and the Womack.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven working experience as a bartender.
• Ability to keep track of guest orders.
• Ability to track the overall experience of each individual table.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Requires a Maricopa County Food Handler Card.
• Requires an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check guests’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements.
• Restock stations before and after service.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
