About The Position
The Bar, located inside The Madison Concourse Hotel, is seeking a full-time Bartender to join its Food & Beverage team. The role is suited to someone passionate about mixology, guest engagement, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced atmosphere. Shifts vary week to week, with typical hours of 3:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.; night work is required, and weekend availability is needed as required. Compensation is base pay plus tips, with an average wage of $18–$30 per hour. Applicants must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and background check. The hotel is a drug-free workplace.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience is required.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed.
- A positive, outgoing personality and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Create a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and signature drinks.
- Take food orders and serve cuisine to guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and make guests feel welcome and cared for.
- Keep the bar tidy, well stocked, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and with integrity.
