About The Position

Prepare and provide beverage service in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, including preparing beverages for cocktail servers. Act as a cashier when settling beverage orders. Provide excellent service to guests and internal clients while following applicable liquor regulations, Tribal Ordinances, company controls, and standard operating procedures. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. Access to sensitive areas and information is governed by the ACGC Access Matrix; signatory ability is assigned bank.

Requirements

• One to two years of related experience.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a smoke-filled environment.
• Ability to grasp, bend, lift, carry, or otherwise move goods weighing at least 25 pounds intermittently.
• Sufficient hand dexterity to use office equipment, including a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment, and a multi-line telephone.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Recite the complete list of beverage selections.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and prudent portion control.
• Enter and control orders through the register during each transaction, maintain accountability, and provide receipts for all beverages served.
• Frequently check back with and entertain guests.
• Prepare the bar for the next shift by replenishing fruit and supplies.
• Keep guest areas clean, including removing empty glasses and bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
• Follow state, federal, and company liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
• Adhere to Tribal Ordinances and Regulations, the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
