Sueno, downtown Dayton's contemporary Mexican restaurant by The Idea Collective and Chef Jorge Guzman, is seeking a precise, knowledgeable, and principled Bartender. While cocktail-making skills can be taught, a genuine care for guests is essential. This role offers access to a well-stocked bar, tools, resources, and instruments. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, a team player, a quick learner, and creative, with a passion for their craft that they can share with guests without pretension. The service style is relaxed fine dining, requiring staff to have deep knowledge of the food menu, cocktail offerings, and wine list. The restaurant values continued education, offering routine training sessions and periodic knowledge testing.
