About The Position
Sueno, downtown Dayton's Contemporary Mexican restaurant by The Idea Collective and Chef Jorge Guzman, is seeking a Server. The ultimate goal of a Sueno server is to create an experience for guests, understanding that dining out is a form of escapism and a way to add spice to their lives. The restaurant aims to build a service team that finds joy in creating joy for guests. The style of service will be relaxed fine dining, with expectations for staff to have deep knowledge of the food menu (preparation, history, etc.), cocktail offerings, and wine list. The restaurant values continued education and will provide routine training sessions and periodic testing of service and menu knowledge.
Requirements
