The Bartender will handle accurate cash handling, including MICROS system operation, bank procedures, and tip policies, ensuring all guest charges and monetary transactions are correct. A key aspect of this role is anticipating and responding to guest needs promptly, maintaining positive guest relations, and resolving any guest complaints to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, formal training on liquor liability is required within 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter.
