About The Position

EDISON’S ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX is seeking an experienced Bartender for immediate hire. The facility is a 34,000-square-foot entertainment complex featuring boutique bowling, laser tag, an arcade, a full-service restaurant, a lounge, party rooms, and a 200-person event center called The Outlet. Bartenders serve as brand ambassadors, providing fresh food and beverages and a welcoming, high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment. The company emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and employee-employer fit, with career advancement opportunities. Compensation is listed as $9–$12 per hour, plus tips.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of liquor laws and their enforcement.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Cash accountability.
Ability to work all shifts and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred: 1–2 years of experience.
Personality: comfortable conversing with strangers, smiles, and welcoming body language.
Positive, cooperative, and constructive attitude.
Cares about work quality and impact on co-workers and the organization.
Takes and follows direction well.
Good command of math, organization, and technology are a plus.
