This role supports bar and restaurant operations by executing functions in accordance with MadTree Alcove standards, guest expectations, and event specifications. The Bartender is responsible for the setup and clean-up of the bar area, beverage service, and housekeeping throughout shifts. This includes food preparation for cocktail garnishes, monitoring and stocking supplies and product inventory, and monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption to ensure a safe experience. The Bartender will serve as a consultant to guests, educating and helping them select beverages, and will work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible, contributing to a goal of 100% customer satisfaction. Additional duties may include polishing glassware and silverware, running food, bussing tables, and keeping the restaurant clean as needed. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
