About The Position

Rabbit's Foot Brewing is seeking an experienced bartender who understands that great bartending is about far more than what's in the glass. Every pint, cocktail, recommendation, and conversation shapes the guest experience. The goal is to make guests feel so welcome that they want to return. This role requires someone who takes pride in their craft, values genuine hospitality, and creates experiences rather than just serving drinks. Rabbit's Foot Brewing is an independent brewery and modern brewpub in West Valley City focused on handcrafted beer, food, creative cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant, brewery, or bar.
Strong knowledge of beer, cocktails, wine, and spirits.
Passion for craft beer and a willingness to continue learning.
Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure.
A positive attitude and professional appearance.
Dependability and personal accountability.
A genuine passion for hospitality.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest, every shift.
Serve handcrafted beers, cocktails, wine, and spirits with consistency and attention to detail.
Educate guests about beers and make thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain an exceptionally clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
Work closely with brewery, kitchen, and service teams to create a seamless guest experience.
Help create an atmosphere guests are excited to recommend to their friends.
