About The Position

Whispers is where Guests gather for lake views, casual comfort, and dining. We’re not your average bar, and we’re not looking for your average bartender. We’re looking for dependable, Guest-focused bartenders who work well on a team and thrive in a dynamic setting where every shift is different. We’re looking for someone who can move with confidence, read the room, and deliver solid service with zero fluff.

Requirements

Prior serving and bartending experience required
Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

Serve food and drinks quickly, accurately, and with a Guest-first mindset
Mix and pour beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks with consistency and care
Manage tabs, check IDs, and handle payments responsibly
Share menu knowledge and offer solid recommendations when needed
Keep your section or bar top clean, stocked, and ready
Communicate with the kitchen and support crew to keep things running smooth
