About The Position

The Jones Assembly is seeking a professional, energetic, hospitality-driven Bartender to join its team. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending experience preferred; high-volume or upscale environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and menu offerings.
• Set up, clean, and organize the bar before, during, and after shifts.
• Handle cash, tabs, and point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Monitor guest consumption and uphold responsible alcohol service standards.
• Comply with health, safety, and liquor laws.
• Restock and prepare bar supplies as needed.
• Support team members to ensure smooth service.
