About The Position

Zoli's NY Pizza is seeking an outgoing, hospitality-focused Bartender to provide welcoming, memorable service in a fast-paced restaurant. The role involves making menu recommendations, taking food and drink orders, serving cocktails, beer, and wine, and working closely with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team during busy shifts. Bartenders also keep tables and the bar organized and stocked, process payments and side work accurately, anticipate guest needs, and support the team wherever needed. The restaurant describes its environment as casual, comfortable, team-oriented, and fast-paced, with opportunities to grow within the restaurant group.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to multitask, work quickly, and remain composed during busy periods.
• Genuine enjoyment of taking care of people.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• TABC and Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities
