About The Position

Bartenders serve food and drinks while creating a lively atmosphere and providing hospitality consistent with Chili’s. The role focuses on delivering an enjoyable experience for every Guest, providing responsible alcoholic beverage service, and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Bartenders work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and collaborate with Guests and Team Members.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing attitude and a genuine desire to exceed Guest expectations.
• Meet the minimum age requirement in the applicable locality.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work as a team player.

• Previous bartending experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every Guest.
• Remain visible behind the bar to assist Guests and Team Members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food and beverages.
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
