Requirements

Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be of legal drinking age in Connecticut.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
TIPs certified

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipe standards.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and inventory.
Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol serving laws.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar.
