About The Position
Wing Shack is growing and hiring Bartenders for its largest location at 35th Avenue in Greeley, known as The Wing-Palace. As a Bartender at the Shack, you will contribute to a fun, upbeat bar experience aligned with the Wing Shack culture. You will serve local beer, craft cocktails, and provide excellent hospitality while also supporting the restaurant team. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages responsibly, adhering to alcohol service laws and company standards, maintaining a clean and stocked bar, collaborating with the team to support food service and guest needs, and bringing positive energy, professionalism, and teamwork to every shift. Additionally, you will take orders and assist with front-of-house duties, including closing tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Appropriate availability under the needs of the company
- Appropriate transportation plan to attend shifts as scheduled according to the provided availability
- Able to perform all essential job functions as detailed in the job description and training materials
- Ability to communicate and follow directions in a timely, appropriate, and safe manner
- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes, standards, and safety guidelines

- Prior bartending or restaurant experience preferred, but a great attitude and personality matters most
