Bartender - Sueno
About The Position
Sueno is a contemporary Mexican restaurant in downtown Dayton, Ohio, owned and operated by The Idea Collective. The bartender will provide relaxed fine-dining service and help guests feel welcome and have a genuinely good time. The role requires care for guests, discipline, teamwork, quick learning, creativity, and a passion for the craft without pretension. The restaurant provides tools, resources, instruments, and a well-stocked bar. Staff are expected to develop deep knowledge of the food menu, including preparation and history, as well as the cocktail offerings and wine list. The company values continued education and provides routine training sessions and periodic testing of service and menu knowledge. Applicants may be considered for openings at Sueno, Tender Mercy, or Three Birds; this posting does not represent an immediate opening. Compensation is $40–$45 per hour after tips.
