About The Position

The Bartender delivers extraordinary guest experiences through positive, courteous, and professional service. The role involves understanding guests’ needs, preparing beverages according to specifications in a timely manner, and maintaining an engaging attitude. The Bartender also supports bar operations through preparation, inventory management, and accurate cash handling.

Requirements

• Bartending experience in a hotel or related setting.
• A record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Effective communication skills.
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Availability for various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Team-player attitude with a guest-first approach.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive, courteous, and professional service to guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees.
• Identify guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance the experience and meet sales goals.
• Understand all aspects of bar operations and prepare for a well-run shift.
• Maintain par levels of stock and supplies, including garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, and barware.
• Accurately count money and comps received for guests and follow cash-handling policies.
