About The Position
The Bartender at Embassy Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport Oyster Point prepares and serves beverages while delivering friendly, memorable hospitality to guests. The role includes mixing and garnishing drinks to recipe standards, maintaining and stocking bar supplies, processing payments, monitoring inventory and product quality, and addressing guest concerns—including situations involving intoxicated guests—with care and respect. The bartender is expected to follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations and contribute to a safe environment for guests and team members. Responsibilities
- Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make guests’ experiences special.
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Stock and organize beverages, glassware, perishables, and other bar supplies.
- Use the point-of-sale system to accurately process cash, credit and debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.
- Manage inventory and maintain the freshness and quality of beverage-related products.
- Handle guest concerns professionally, including situations involving intoxicated guests, while maintaining a safe environment.
- Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations to support guest and team-member well-being.
