About The Position

The Bartender provides excellent, interactive, and educational service and helps customers engage with the brands through alcohol sales. The role helps maintain the culture and positive atmosphere of brand experiences while serving products, delivers customer-first service, and acts as a lead brand ambassador. The Bartender also maintains a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment, educates customers about the brand, and handles cash and sales through a POS inventory system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bartender experience.
• Any bartender licensing required by state law.

Nice To Haves

• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the culture and positive vibe of brand experiences while serving products.
• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Use good judgment, communication, and customer service when interacting with guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment and serve as a lead brand ambassador.
• Convey knowledge about the brand and educate customers.
• Conduct cash handling and sales through the POS inventory system.
