About The Position

Marcus Theatres is seeking a part-time Bartender to join its Service Team in a professional bar and restaurant environment. The role involves preparing and serving beverages and food, interacting with guests, and providing exceptional guest service in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused setting. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests.
• Verify that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar.
• Keep the bar and lounge area clean and well organized.
• Comply with food and beverage preparation and service regulations.
• Handle transactions accurately and demonstrate cash-handling skills.
• Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
