About The Position
Caroline's is looking to add an Experienced Bartender to our team. Located in the Hotel Julien Dubuque, Caroline's offers a multitude of cocktails, wine, beer and spirits. We change our craft cocktails seasonally using fresh ingredients and flavors of the season. If you have experience with cocktails and a passion for creating exciting elixirs, please apply!
Requirements
- Experience in bartending
- Ability to stand and work for periods of time
- Knowledge of FIFO
- Organization
- Ability to work on Point of Sale system
- Menu knowledge is essential
