About The Position

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Bartender/Server for Pine Needles. The role supports guest service by taking food orders, coordinating drinks with the bartender, garnishing drinks, monitoring food delivery and presentation, and assisting with table bussing. The position requires effective communication, teamwork, multitasking, knowledge of alcohol-serving practices, and the ability to work flexible hours and shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education.
• At least one year of experience in a hotel or restaurant serving role.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally.
• Team-player attitude.
• Ability to exceed the expectations of guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Knowledge of alcohol-serving practices and standards.

Nice To Haves

• Food safety certification.
• Alcohol awareness certification.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and take accurate food orders.
• Monitor food distribution to ensure meals are delivered to the correct recipients, properly prepared, and nicely presented, and that the buffet is appealing.
• Provide the bartender with drink orders.
• Garnish drinks.
• Assist with bussing tables.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
