About The Position
Located in the heart of Ocean Drive, The Clevelander is where South Beach comes alive. Poolside DJs. Electric nightlife. Frozen cocktails. High-energy entertainment. A party atmosphere that never stops. We're looking for Bartender/Marketing Models who bring infectious energy and create unforgettable guest experiences at one of South Beach's most legendary destinations. This isn't a typical bartending job. This role is all about selling the experience — not just serving guests, but creating moments, setting the tone, and bringing the energy that makes every visit unforgettable. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- 3 years of related bar experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous modeling experience preferred but not required.
- Outgoing, high-energy individuals passionate about hospitality.
- Strong multitasking skills, positive energy, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
