Requirements

Candidates must be 18 years old and have the ability to obtain Safe Serve License
2+ years prior bartending experience preferred
The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and/or consistently up to 10 pounds to move objects is required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome.
Creating a comfortable, relaxing and fun atmosphere, which will encourage repeat business.
Maintaining positive guest relations and display “spotlight” behaviors.
Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times, and proper handling of glasses.
Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and DWI.
Maintaining stock, supplies, and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures.
Take food orders from the guests at the bar and the dining area and serve per the course of order.
Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.
