About The Position

Drybar is hiring a Bartender to be the face of our shop and help create an amazing guest experience from the moment guests walk through our doors and until they leave. Responsibilities

Welcome guests and create a warm, upbeat first impression
Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
Educate guests on memberships, retail products, and add-on services
Help drive shop goals through membership sales, retail sales, and guest retention
Encourage guest pre-booking and future appointments
Support stylists by keeping the salon organized and running smoothly
Assist in creating a clean, polished, and guest-ready environment
Help generate Google reviews and build guest loyalty
Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional Drybar experience
