About The Position
Drybar Shops® is looking for an exciting opportunity in the beauty industry with growth potential. Drybar is hiring a Bartender to be the face of our shop and help create an amazing guest experience from the moment guests walk through our doors and until they leave. As a Bartender, you are more than front desk—you are the heartbeat of the guest experience. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and create a warm, upbeat first impression
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling
- Educate guests on memberships, retail products, and add-on services
- Help drive shop goals through membership sales, retail sales, and guest retention
- Encourage guest pre-booking and future appointments
- Support stylists by keeping the salon organized and running smoothly
- Assist in creating a clean, polished, and guest-ready environment
- Help generate Google reviews and build guest loyalty
- Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional Drybar experience
