About The Position

Urban Egg is an elevated breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant focused on locally sourced ingredients and a clean, inviting atmosphere. The Bartender/Barista prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing warm, exceptional guest service in a lively, fast-paced environment. This is a tipped position with a listed base wage of $3.13 plus tips. The posting identifies both full-time and part-time opportunities. Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender, barista, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
Greet guests and help them select beverages and meals based on their preferences.
Keep the bar clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
Serve alcohol responsibly and comply with state and licensing regulations.
Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless guest experience.
Stay informed about drink recipes, trends, and techniques to improve service quality.
