About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and everyday interactions brighten customers’ days. The role involves engaging with customers, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications, and performing a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. Able to learn quickly.
Able to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Follow store operating policies and standards, including standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Perform a variety of different tasks within the store during each shift.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
