Collective Coffee is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and understands that a great coffee shop experience is about more than just the drink—it’s about how every guest feels when they walk through the door.

Nice To Haves
- Barista or coffee experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas, and other menu items to Collective Coffee standards
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service
- Learn and consistently follow drink recipes and presentation standards
- Operate the POS system and accurately handle customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, lobby, patio, and work area
- Restock cups, milks, syrups, ingredients, and supplies throughout the shift
- Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and food-safety procedures
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods
- Communicate effectively with managers and fellow team members
- Help create a positive atmosphere for both customers and coworkers
