Requirements

Ability to greet, acknowledge, and take orders in English or French within 30 seconds.
Ability to operate coffee making equipment and maintain machinery.
Ability to prepare and present beverages according to standards.
Ability to accurately total, process, and collect payments.
Ability to handle money, process credit/debit cards, and make change.
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu and products.

Responsibilities

Warmly greets, acknowledges, and takes the drink and food order of guests (in the language of their choice, English or French) within 30 seconds of them entering the café.
Operate coffee making equipment. Cleaning and maintaining machinery, as needed.
Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards.
Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests.
Handles money, processes credit and debit card, makes change, while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
