About The Position

The Barista is responsible for proudly pouring Peet’s in a backstage VIP Exclusive Access area with discretion and professionalism being our number one goal, combined with world-class service in making our Peet’s coffee drinks. Hourly Range from $30.00 and up.

Requirements

• Possession of safe food/beverage certification prior to employment or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• A minimum education level of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and organization skills.
• Must be proactive in providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments with tact and professionalism.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and sanitized workstation while following health and safety regulations.
• Restock work and dining areas by taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, tables or over the counter.
• Engage with and greet all tour staff personnel in a friendly and inviting manner.
• Inform them about special items and answer any questions.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea.
• Stock food and beverages.
• Other duties as assigned.
