About The Position

Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row Denver is currently looking for a VIP Host to join our team! We're searching for a candidate who can build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, influencers, and industry professionals to encourage repeat business. This role involves networking with guests, influencers, and professionals to attract more clientele, and promoting events and the venue on social media to engage potential clients. The VIP Host will collaborate with brands, sponsors, and influencers to boost visibility and attract clients, manage reservations, and provide a welcoming experience for VIP clients. Additionally, they will arrange personalized services for VIP clients, including custom drinks and preferred seating, upsell premium beverages and services based on client preferences, and coordinate with security to ensure VIP client safety and privacy. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and skilled at building relationships to attract more clients.
• Proficient in upselling bottle service and special packages.
• Ability to provide excellent service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with clients and team members clearly and professionally.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks during busy events.
