About The Position
As a Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee helps spark connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or according to customer requests. The role requires working in a fast-paced store environment and performing a variety of tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

- Available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Meet store operating policies and standards, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality beverages and food products in accordance with store standards.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
- Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes or customer-requested modifications, including changes to temperature or ingredient quantities and substitutions.
- Handle cash and follow store safety, security, and operating policies.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
