About The Position
As a Shift Supervisor, you lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a warm, welcoming space for the community. You help create meaningful moments for customers and support the preparation of quality coffee, beverages, and food. The role includes directing and coordinating other employees, meeting store operating standards, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Requirements
- At least six months of experience in a position requiring constant interaction with and fulfillment of customer requests.
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
- Ability to direct the work of others.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Effective oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of the retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities
- Lead the shift and direct the work of other employees.
- Delegate tasks and/or coordinate the work of two or more employees.
- Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized customer requests.
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
- Interact with customers and fulfill their requests.
