About The Position

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at the Legacy West shopping center, opening this fall. As a Barista, you will be responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, entering orders into the POS system, accepting payment, and preparing coffees, espresso, and smoothies. You will also be expected to know regular guests by name and preferences and inform them of specials and menu changes. This role offers great earning potential, a strong training program, and opportunities for growth within our family of brands.

Requirements

• English communication skills
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time
• Can lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
