About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers and help make their visits meaningful, while preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customizing orders to meet customer needs. The role suits someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in their work. No previous experience is required. Baristas may perform a variety of tasks during each shift and must be available for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Follow store operating policies and standards for beverage and food quality, cash handling, safety, and security.
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
