About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee helps spark connection. You engage with customers, provide friendly service, and prepare quality beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is willing to perform a variety of store tasks. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer requests, including adjustments to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Meet store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
