About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and help make customers’ days through friendly service and personalized interactions. Responsibilities

Provide quality customer service by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and communicating clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes, including customer-requested changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
