About The Position

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing our guests with exceptional food and beverage, accompanied by warm, friendly, attentive, and gracious service. Requirements

A strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ
Gift of hospitality and service
Teamwork mentality
Excellent verbal communication skills
Encouraged but not required background in food and beverage services
The ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task
Basic computer skills and/or capacity to learn and be competent in technology
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Exhibit excellent guest service
You will be required to complete all necessary training as provided by management/trainers
Operate POS system: cash, credit and gift card handling
Safely handle equipment and tools provided
Brew coffee
Make various beverages
Take To-go orders
Perform opening and closing side-work
Continue to develop your drink and food knowledge
Maintain and restock pastry case checking that freshness and quality are up to standard
Maintain the barista area to meet quality and health standards
