About The Position

As a Starbucks Barista, you create a warm and welcoming space where coffee sparks connection and each shift offers opportunities to brighten customers’ days. The role involves engaging with customers, preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer preferences, and performing a variety of store tasks in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards for cash handling, safety, and security.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Follow oral and written instructions and ask for clarification when needed.
Work as part of a team and build relationships.
